These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site (hntrai.com) only. Use of the HNTR AI platform application is governed by a separate SaaS Agreement. Access to gated technical documentation (architecture, technical overview) requires a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
HNTR AI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business evaluation purposes only.

HNTR AI, Cognitive OS, BLIX, HNTR Signal, HNTR Watch, HNTR Fit, and HNTR FLOW are trademarks or registered trademarks of HNTR AI, LLC. You may not use any trademark without prior written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site or HNTR AI's products, you grant HNTR AI a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HNTR AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HNTR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
HNTR AI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HNTR AI, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
